Fixing some typos in the master branch

Hello, Not sure what's your policy on merge requests, sorry if this is not how you usually do it but here they are anyways. I fixed a bunch of typos in the story directory, I used a python script with regex to detect repeated words and misuses of 'a' and 'an'. Of course, I applied all the changes manually to avoid any unwanted side effects.
