Redo Sandra's sprites from scratch

Her bedhead accessories are 'inverted' compared to every other character and cause issues every time we modify her sprites. To avoid this in the future, her sprites need to be redone from scratch, with a more sensible setup this time. Since they're Motto Nee, the sources are available.
